Refund & Return Policy

At MONOTN, we take pride in offering high-quality, made-to-order products. Each item is custom-produced specifically for your order, which means returns and exchanges are not supported if:

  • You ordered the wrong size or color
  • You changed your mind after the order was placed

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
  3. Once your claim is approved, we will process a free reprint or refund.
  4. There is no need to return the damaged or defective item.

Additional Notes

  • If multiple products in your order have the same issue, please provide an additional photo (or a short video) showing all affected items together.
  • Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5″) are considered normal and are not classified as defects.
  • For unsuccessful deliveries (e.g., incorrect address provided), you may choose a reprint (with an additional shipping charge) or a partial refund.
