Each MONOTN product is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
- Processing time may vary during high-volume periods or holidays.
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times.
Shipping Times
- Standard shipping typically takes 5–15 business days after production.
- Delivery times vary by location and may be affected by customs clearance for international orders.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.
Customs & Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact support@monotn.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
- Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5″) are considered normal and not defects.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind.
- For unsuccessful deliveries (e.g., incorrect address), you may choose a reprint (with an additional shipping cost) or a partial refund.
- Please note that product colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to differences in monitor settings and production processes. This is considered normal and is not classified as a defect.
